Frequently asked
How do I secure a date?
For private bookings, the standard booking payment is 40% of the confirmed quotation total. The date is secured once the quotation / booking terms are accepted and that payment is received. Corporate and institutional clients may use agreed PO or procurement terms instead.
What happens if I need to cancel or move my booking?
Please tell me as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Where consumer law applies, any cancellation charge is assessed reasonably based on the notice given, costs or work already incurred, and whether the reserved date could be rebooked.
Do you travel?
Yes. Mpumzabashuthe is based in the KZN Midlands and available more widely. Travel is calculated from Howick and confirmed in your quotation when required.
When will I receive my photos?
Turnaround depends on the package. Preview images are targeted within 48 hours where listed, while full galleries normally range from 5 business days to 21 calendar days.
Are RAW or unedited files included?
No. The normal delivery is a curated set of professionally edited high-resolution JPEG photographs. Unedited or duplicate frames are not part of the final gallery.
Can a package be customised?
Yes. Multiple venues, extra hours, a second photographer, urgent delivery, larger groups and complex event programmes can be quoted around what you actually need.
